The G&L Roundtable is a private forum with limited sponsorships available exclusively to annual Business Partners within the G&L Community. Limiting sponsorships is done purposely to keep the forum intimate and offer a uniquely valuable experience to the sponsors in attendance. The sponsors in attendance are joining and collaborating with property executives that comprise the vast majority of gaming technology spend in North America—in addition to pure hospitality spend. The uniquity of the G&L Roundtable is that it provides a rich collaborative, productive and engaging experience for all.

The G&L Roundtable format is crafted with the G&L Board, invited Roundtable Colleagues and the G&L Roundtable Sponsors throughout the year. This process ensures the topics and activities of the two day forum are exactly on target with the desires of all in attendance. When you become a G&L Roundtable Sponsor, your input and ideas throughout the year are welcomed, encouraged and acted upon. 

On Sunday of the two day G&L Roundtable we hold our leisure golf invitational and it is a favorite component of the G&L Roundtable. Golf, dinner, prize giveaways and cocktails! It is an excellent opportunity for sponsors to network and solidify relationships with clients and potential clients.

The Monday G&L Roundtable for sponsors includes the G&L One to One Forum, G&L Passport to Progress and the G&L Community Roundtable. The One to One Forum provides a unique opportunity for property CXOs to individually share their vision and initiatives with the G&L Roundtable Sponsors. It allows the sponsors an unparalleled opportunity to learn in detail how they can augment their strategy to meet the requirements of becoming or maintaining the role of strategic business partner to their clients and potential clients. In addition we often add industry thought leaders; examples have included MIT’s Sloan School of Management who provided us substantial research in IT gaming and opened this category into a measurable segment for benchmarking our industry and renowned leader UBS Financial who shared with us strategies on the economy prior to the 2008 recession. Passport to Progress is an exclusive Roundtable executive interactive combining all in attendance with an enjoyable and productive method to ensure everyone has met everyone at the Roundtable forum. The G&L Community Roundtable is a pure Roundtable format forum that combines the property executives and sponsors in a collaborative and rich discussion on key topics of interest between the groups seeking to unite the two groups on important issues in our industry that affect both sides.

The culminating event of the day is the most looked forward to night of the year for those in the G&L Community, the G&L Roundtable Reception.

The G&L Roundtable is held every year on the Sunday and Monday before G2E. For 2012 this will be September 30^th and October 1^st, 2012. 

The deadline for G&L Roundtable sponsorship opportunities is July 1 of each year, therefore it is imperative that you contact us no later than June if you’d like to be a sponsor. All sponsorship opportunities close promptly on July 1 of each year. Eligibility does not guarantee sponsorship, sponsorships are limited and do close promptly on July 1. Previous sponsors have right of first refusal to retain their sponsorship.
